AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

Welcome to Vocha (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website vocha.co (the “Site”) or our mobile application Vocha (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. SERVICES

Vocha provides an AI-driven language learning platform where users can engage in realistic dialogues with AI tutors and practice real-life scenarios. Our Services are designed to improve language proficiency through interactive conversations and personalized feedback.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Vocha offers subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled. All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our Services in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. You also agree not to use our Services to transmit or upload any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Vocha or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. USER CONTENT

By submitting any content to Vocha, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

7. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vocha disclaims all warranties. In no event will Vocha, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vocha and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWALS

Subscription Plans: Vocha offers various subscription plans that grant users access to premium features. These subscription plans may vary by price and duration (e.g., monthly or annual plans). You can review the specific details, including pricing, in the app’s subscription section.

Payment and Renewal: By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed in the app. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged the subscription fee for the next billing cycle within 24 hours prior to the end of the current cycle.

Managing Your Subscription: You can manage your subscription, cancel auto-renewal, or change your payment preferences at any time through your account settings in the app or via your device’s settings (for iOS and Android).

Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing period. Afterward, your subscription will not renew, and access to premium features will be revoked.

Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.
